Fair use

Fair use

TopHat Hosting plans are for legitimate websites. Fair use keeps the shared service fast and stable for everyone, including Unlimited customers.

• Use WordPress pages, posts, media, forms and plugins normally.
• No spam, bulk unsolicited email, malware, phishing, scraping, cryptomining or proxying.
• No attempts to bypass rate limits, storage checks or security controls.
• Unlimited covers normal website use, not file storage, backups of other systems or high-volume automation.

If a site creates unusual load or abuse complaints we will contact you first where possible, and may limit or suspend the site to protect the service.
