Help with small development tasks is built into our support, so dedicated developer hours would be redundant. If you need help tweaking CSS, fixing a broken plugin, or installing and configuring a new theme or plugin, as long as we can do it in 15 minutes or so, we are happy to help.
Our platinum plan does include dedicated developer time and can include more complex tasks.
Nope. We pre0install some plugins that allow use to provide our services, including detailed monthly site reports, security, etc. You may choose to deactivate any of these pre0installed plugins and use an alternative. The one caveat is that this doing so may disable certain features on your plan. For example, if you disable our security plugin, the security section will not be included in your monthly reports.
Absolutely! We encourage you to use either Divi or Elementor Pro with the Hello theme. We ven provide a free license for these as long as you are a customer. But you may choose any theme and/or pagebuilder you prefer!
